K&P sneak-peek...

I ventured deep into Bragg Creek Sunday for an engagement session with Kelly and Paul. They were so easy going it was great to be able to have fun and take in the amazing fall colors.....

more to come....

goodbye summer.

I always left the "green thumb" up to my mom, this year however my thumb was pretty green. I watered, I fertilized, I even faced the hailstorms pulling them into the garage and hey it paid off, my flowers actually survived the whole summer! Of course they are all dead now but that's why I thought I would post some pics... in remembrance.

rest in peace.

why I love my dog.

Meet Harley. She is a cute, cuddly "little" black lab who enjoys long walks at the dog park, the couch and bananas. Most people who know me, know that I love my dog. Most of the time she is a relatively good dog... this was one of those days. She listened, she drooled, she sat, she definitely wasn't impressed... but she got cookies and that made everything better.

Enjoy.

can she be any cuter?!

In August, I had one last thing on my to do list before we left for holidays, and that was to stop off at the fountain and take pics of this adorable almost one year old....

She just went on her way as though I wasn't even there, sat in some mudd and of course cracked a few smiles in between. We wrapped up the shoot with a little wardrobe change into the cutest teeny weeny polka dot (maybe not quite polka dots..) bikini I think I have ever seen.... check it out.

Caitlin & Jeff. Engagement.

Back in July I had so much fun shooting this absolutely stunning couple, we had so much fun with the phone booth and they were pretty much up for anything so how could you not get great shots!

Thanks Caitlin and Jeff for your patience!

Introduction.

So.. this is my first blog post ever so please go easy on me. My blogging "history" is almost non-existent, I've only ever read about 5 actual blogs so writing one is more difficult and terrifying then you may think. Hoping this gets easier as I gain more "experience"

Anyhoo, I'm not famous, I'm not uber exciting and I'm definitely not a writer BUT I am a "photographer" or.... atleast at this point, I take photographs and am learning to be a photographer, hence the blog. Although I'm sure boring stories of the day to day or maybe even a new and exciting knitting pattern (don't judge) will sneak it's way into a few posts, I'm mainly using this to drop some photos off to share with you wonderful people! Let me know what you think and of course if you like what you see and for some reason are in need of someone to take your pretty picture, drop me a line!

xoxo
